Dr. Paul graduated from Brigham Young University with degrees in Zoology and Spanish. He then received his dental training from The University of Iowa College of Dentistry having received a 4 year Dental Research Scholarship. He then gained additional training in an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) 1 year residency at Fort Riley, Kansas. After serving the troops in the Army for 3 years, Dr. Paul, his wife Lisa, and their 4 children (Rachael, Rob, and twins Michael and Marissa) settled in Littleton in 1996 where he has practiced since.
     He currently volunteers as the Scoutmaster for local Boy Scout Troop 759 and is an Eagle Scout himself. Dr. Paul enjoys hiking, camping, bicycling, and snowboarding. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Colorado Dental Association, and the Metro Denver Dental Society. Dr. Hoeft attends on average over 80 hours per year of continuing dental education (more than 3 times the number of hours required by the State of Colorado) in order to stay on top of the current trends in dentistry.
