Finance Options
Dental Insurance - If you have dental insurance, we are happy to file your
paperwork for you. Because very few insurance plans cover 100% of all
treatment, we ask for you to pay your estimated co-payments and/or deductibles
at the time of service. As your dental insurance is a contract between you and
the insurance company, not the dentist, you are responsible for all
portions not covered by your dental insurance. Please call or bring in your
coverage booklet if you need help understanding your available insurance
benefits.
Credit Cards - For your convenience we accept all major credit cards
including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Payment Plans - Payment plans are available through an outside finance
company called Dental Fee Plan for patients with treatment plans in
excess of $300. This allows you to complete your dental work before dental
disease gets worse because of delayed treatment. Approval is fast,
pre-qualification is required, and even zero percent interest payment
options are available. Please call for more details. You may also visit the

Pre-Payment Courtesy - For patients with individual
patient portions (not including estimated insurance portions) totaling over
$1000, we offer a 5% Pre-Payment Courtesy Fee Reduction if paid in full by cash
or check prior to the first treatment visit (after the initial
exam/consultation). Please call
